YOUNGSTARS CLASS
This section is for children 12 years of age and under

Permission must be obtained from their school

It will be run from 830am until 1130 am

Minimum donation £65

Judges:
Dressage: Simon Laurens

Showjumping: Seb Hughes

Cross Country: Ben Way

A separate Champion Trophy, medal, rosette and sash will be awarded

Nervous and New:

This section is a training section only and no prizes will be awarded

It will be run before midday over the mini xc course

It is designed for horses and/or riders who are nervous or novice

Minimum donation is £50

MAIN CLASSES

Intro , Novice, Intermediate, Open and Advanced classes will run from 12pm

Groups and times will be posted up on Friday 23rd late pm

Please ensure you have read the rules
Complete the entry form and attach a copy of your horses' vaccination certificate and send payment through using your name as the reference. A minimum of £65 donation is required

Entries are on a first come first serve basis

A live list of entries will be kept online once approved and paid

Once the entries are full a live waiting list will be kept online

Refunds:

Cancellation refunds will be considered depending on the grounds of the cancellation

Full refunds will be provided for cancellations with production of a veterinary or doctor's certificate 3 weeks before the competition on the proviso that a waiting list is in place and the rider can be replaced.

Late cancellations under 3 weeks before the competition regrettably cannot be guaranteed a refund unless the secretary has time to replace the rider and change the schedule, please remember that a riders are grouped into levels of experience so it may be the case that a rider cannot be replaced due to the catagory of their experience and group they have been assigned to.

Administration fees may be deducted to cover any costs if the rider is able to be replaced

Everything WILL be run in a fully transparent and fair manner

This is an opportunity to be trained and judged by the best.

A prize for the highest donation will be awarded to the rider on the day.

Riders can arrange for sponsorship to fund donations

When Entering:

*Ensure you are honest about your experience

*Ensure you make a note if you would like to attend

the Sports Psychology training class

*Ensure you meet the basic minimum standard

This is to be COMPETENTLY jumping xc fences

of 65cm and showjumping fences of 70cm
